Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Headless Boost, including its websites, client workspaces, page builder, media tools, and connected services. By creating an account, accepting an invitation, installing the Headless Boost Connect app, or using the service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business you represent.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that occurs through your account. Workspace owners are responsible for assigning appropriate roles and promptly removing access for people who should no longer have it. You must provide accurate information and use the service only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

Your workspace content

You retain ownership of the content, media, product information, forms, and other materials you add to a workspace. You give Headless Boost permission to host, process, display, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights and permissions needed to use your content.

Connected services

You may choose to connect third-party services, such as Shopify, Microsoft OneDrive, Google, or other providers. You authorize Headless Boost to access and process only the information and permissions you approve through that connection. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices; you are responsible for maintaining any required accounts and permissions with them.

Acceptable use

You may not use Headless Boost to:

• break the law or infringe another person's rights;
• upload malware, harmful code, or deceptive content;
• attempt to bypass security controls, access another workspace, or interfere with the service;
• use the service to send unsolicited messages or collect data without a lawful basis; or
• reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the service except as permitted by applicable law.

Fees and plans

If you use a paid Headless Boost plan or add-on, the applicable price, billing cycle, and payment terms will be presented before purchase or in a separate agreement. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable to the extent allowed by law. We may change future pricing with reasonable advance notice.

Service changes

We may update, improve, or discontinue features as the service evolves. We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, address security issues, or enforce these terms. Where practical, we will provide notice.

Disclaimers and limits

Headless Boost is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties not expressly stated in these terms, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not responsible for third-party services or for losses caused by content, configuration, or access choices made by you or your users.

Termination

You may stop using Headless Boost at any time. We may end or suspend access if you materially breach these terms, create risk for the service or others, or where required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as Headless Boost evolves. The updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after the updated terms take effect means you accept them.
